Howard is the original “Taxman” and established Taxman Associates after a 15-year stint at the Internal Revenue Service. Howard sold his practice to Matt, Carey, and Joe in early 2023, and now serves as a strategic advisor.

For more than 25 years, clients have sought out Howard’s broad-based tax knowledge, keen analytical skills and genuine concern for their needs. His specialty is handling complex tax issues, especially for clients with IRS problems. His strong listening skills and personable nature lead to strong, trusting relationships with those he served.
